The Annual Report for 2018-19 highlights many of our accomplishments for this past year.
The 2019-20 Proposed Budget has been developed to guide branch finances during the year. The annual budget is reviewed and submitted for approval by the membership each September.
The Longmont Branch is governed by a set of Bylaws and Policies . The bylaws were approved, by the membership and the Board of Directors, most recently in September 2017 and the policies, by the Board, in June 2018. Proposed Bylaws Update approved by the board in August, were approved at the Fall Kick-off in September 2019.
The Branch’s updated Strategic Plan will continue to help guide us through 2019.
The president’s position is currently “open” and as a result a Temporary Reallocation of President’s Duties_2018-2019 has been made.
In addition, the Branch owns tableware for 48 people which is available for rental by members, according to this AAUW Longmont Tableware Rental Schedule.
